If a unit ever fails to operate, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
There are only three exceptions:

• Batteries, lamps, and ballasts are covered separately.

• Inverter Systems are covered separately.

• Self-Luminous (Tritium) Exits are covered separately.

Why? Except for Inverter Systems, which are covered by their own extended protection plan, each of these items has a finite life beyond our control (after all, batteries only last so long).  Everything else, from our state-of-the art chargers to dirt-resistant powder coat finishes, it's all included in this unique performance guarantee.
